ruNNNpe bridge connects to NPE RUNN and BLE heart-rate sensors,detects workouts automatically in background,
and writes sessions to Google Health Connect.

Important:
- Health Connect must be installed for full workout sync behavior
- Bluetooth, Health Connect, notifications, and battery optimization exemption are required
