Termux:Float App

This plugin for https://www.openapk.net/termux/com.termux/ provides a floating terminal window which is
shown above other apps.

Long-press on the floating window to move or resize it and tap on the
notification to temporarily hide it.

Added INTERNET permission to potentially resolve internet access issues for Termux when Termux:Float is installed first.
Implicitly typecast float to int for bubble size pixels.
Log full intent for TermuxFloatService and remove multiple log entries for action.
Set DEFAULT_LOG_TAG at application startup.
Catch rare RuntimeException while loading bell and use if instead of case.
Fix NullPointerException in TermuxFloatSessionClient.checkForFontAndColors().
