- Target SDK 36 & Edge-to-Edge Design: Modernized app interface with edge-to-edge screen support on Android.
- Hardened Biometric App Lock: Uses strong biometrics cryptographically bound to the device (disabling unlock if new biometrics are enrolled) and enforces escalating wait times on failed attempts.
- Clipboard & Keyboard Privacy: Prevents keyboards from recording typed input and marks copied sensitive data so Android hides it in the clipboard preview.
- Screen Overlay Protection: Automatically blocks third-party app overlays while BitBanana is in the foreground on Android 12+.
- Enforced Encrypted Connections: LNURL services, LndHub accounts, and BTCPay Server connections now mandate HTTPS or Tor (.onion) outside of private networks.
