Steam Server Browser Application

SteamServerBrowser for Android is a Flutter port focused on Steam server discovery
and A2S-compatible server queries.

Features:

* Browse Steam master server results through the Steam Web API.
* Query live A2S_INFO, A2S_PLAYER, and A2S_RULES data.
* Refresh loaded servers without fetching a new master list.
* Save favorites and manually add IP:port entries.
* Filter by map, tags, ping, players, countries, and local search text.
* Import an optional MMDB database for offline country lookup.

The app does not bundle an MMDB database. Geo features stay disabled until the
user imports one manually.
