Outspoke App
Outspoke is a free and open-source speech-to-text keyboard for Android.
All transcription happens entirely on your device using the NVIDIA Parakeet ASR model via ONNX Runtime - no audio ever leaves your phone, no account required, and no internet connection is needed after the model is downloaded.
Features
- Fully on-device inference - completely private
- Works as a standard Android Input Method (IME) in any app
- Downloads the model once over Wi-Fi; works offline afterwards
- No Google Play Services, Firebase, or any third-party telemetry

Requirements
- Android 11 (API 30) or higher
- ~700 MB free storage for the model file
