OnStop2FinishAndRemoveTask 应用
Required Shizuku app. If change other app, Auto close task in prev app.The app must be registered.
This app is required Shizuku APP. Please prepare Shizuku.

How to work:
Observe current Activity From Foreground service. If change other app, Invoke remove task function.
this APIs Invoke by Shizuku. that's because, using API is Internal-API.
Using Permission:
POST_NOTIFICATIONS: (optional) Showing notification and add stop service button.
QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES: It because, Get app list from register screen.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE、FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE: It because, Detect leave app by ForegroundService.
