用户发起的下载和多人游戏功能需要“完全网络访问”权限。用于实现多人游戏回合通知的API会自动包含所有其他列出的权限。网络权限用于列出模组、下载模组、下载音乐以及上传/下载多人游戏。Unciv不会发起其他互联网通信。
